|
A Psalm.
|
1 Ô chantez au SEIGNEUR un nouveau cantique; car il a fait de merveilleuses choses: sa main droite, et son saint bras lui ont procuré la victoire.
|
1 O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
|
2 Le SEIGNEUR a fait connaître son salut: sa droiture a-t-il montré ouvertement à la vue des païens.
|
2 The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
|
3 Il s’est souvenu de sa miséricorde et de sa vérité envers la maison d’Israël: tous les bouts de la terre ont vu le salut de notre Dieu.
|
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
|
4 Faites entendre un joyeux son au SEIGNEUR, toute la terre: faites entendre un son retentissant, et réjouissez-vous, et chantez des louanges.
|
4 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
|
5 Chantez au SEIGNEUR avec la harpe; avec la harpe et la voix d’un psaume.
|
5 Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
|
6 Avec des trompettes et le son du cornet, faites entendre un joyeux son devant le SEIGNEUR, le Roi.
|
6 With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
|
7 Que la mer rugisse, et tout ce qu’elle contient; le monde, et ceux qui y demeurent.
|
7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
|
8 Que les torrents battent de leurs mains: que les collines soient joyeuses ensemble
|
8 Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
|
9 Devant le SEIGNEUR; car il vient pour juger la terre: avec droiture jugera-t-i le monde, et les peuples avec équité.
|
9 Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
